As a result of a large scale acquisition, the client required complete field verification of bank facilities ranging in size from 800 gsf to 170,000 gsf, in a wide geographic region. Mix of properties included Bank Branches, ATM's and Administrative & Operations facilities. ECS' dispatched and remotely managed seven field teams and successfully delivered:

• Full architectural field verification and creation of complete CAD floor plans reflecting "existing" conditions for all facilities (no existing CAD files were available).
  
• Delivery of between 100-300 digital photos of each location, including interiors ( lobbies, rooms, vaults, safes, night depositories, etc.) and exteriors (night depositories, RTU's, drive-through, ATM's, etc.)
  
• Assets information on vaults, cash-lockers, safes, ATM’s, CCTV, dye-packs, etc.
  
• Maintenance agreement surveys for non-IT bank equipment (copiers, coin-counters, dye-packs, alarm systems, etc.)
  
• Key ADA information (including building access & navigation, parking, door pressures, signage, restrooms, ramps, handrail, door hardware, etc.)
  
• Site plan drawings (parking, drive-through, walk-ups, building exteriors, etc.)
  
• Identification and documentation of any "tenant occuppied" areas on bank-owned properties.
